The site www.lresidence.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "L Residence Site") is published by the company L Sphere Corporate SRL, whose registered office is located at 185, Chaussée de la Hulpe, 1170 Watermael-Boitsfort and is registered with the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises under the number 0453.735.514

The Director of the publication is Gérald Saint-Rémy, Partner.

The user is prohibited from using the Residence website and its services in a way that contravenes the regulations in force, the rules of good conduct on the Internet and, more generally, that could damage the interests or image of the Residence.

The website L Residence and the elements that make it up, we are talking about proposals, offers but also logos, trademarks, identification signs, texts, graphics, data, photographs, and images of any kind, are the exclusive intellectual property of L Residence. The user of the website L Residence recognizes that any harmful use infringes the rights of L Residence.

It is therefore forbidden (without prior written authorization from L Residence) to reproduce any of the elements that make up the website, to exploit or commercialize (for a fee or free of charge) the elements that make up the website of L Residence (advertisements, descriptions, data, or photographs). In addition, it is strictly forbidden to modify, remove or alter the process used to compose the website L Residence, in any way whatsoever. 

Any use without prior written authorization and signed by L Residence constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal penalties. 

L Residence is responsible for all the necessary care to constitute an updated website. However, all the data and photographs found therein have no contractual value.  The Residence cannot guarantee that this information is free of errors, is complete or that it perfectly meets the expectations of future customers. 

L Residence reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt part or all of the site, temporarily or permanently, without any additional formality. No liability will be incurred.

The descriptions are, by right, written by L Residence and its agents. The company may or may not insert the descriptions and/or photographs proposed by the former owners. Any former owner understands that L Residence has all the intellectual property rights (on the descriptions and photographs of the properties issued for rent). 

L Residence reserves the right to modify at any time, by right and without formalities, the present TOS.

The data collected by L Residence is done through certain pages of the website including in the context of contact form or reservation. These data are stored confidentially in a database of potential tenants. 

This information is stored and processed in accordance with the following provisions: Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and any corresponding or equivalent national law or regulation in Belgium, but also with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and in all cases, as far as in force and applicable, including any amendment, modification or replacement of the legal or regulatory provisions relating to privacy.

Each user therefore has the right to consult, modify or delete his data, to limit or oppose certain treatments, to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable and interoperable format in order to reuse them, but also to create a complaint about the processing of your data to the authority in charge of data protection, www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be
