Check-ins are generally between 3:00 pm and 12:00 am. It is not possible to check in earlier than this because the apartment is cleaned thoroughly. If you want to check-in later, please make a request to property@lsphere.eu. This request may result in additional costs.

The owner (L Residence) assumes his responsibility as owner through an insurance policy. It is however always advised that the tenant contracts his own insurance for what takes place inside the apartment.

Yes, one set of sheets is provided for the tenant at the check-in. Towels are not provided.

No, pets are not allowed in our apartments.

No. The rentals are non-smoking. If your property has a balcony, you are allowed to smoke there.

We value the privacy of each tenant and will not disclose their contact information. You are free to introduce yourself to your neighbors upon arrival. It is possible that events may occur in the building.

The concept of L Residence consists in a hotel comfort. You only need to bring your personal belongings (clothes, toiletries...) and for the rest, everything is there. The apartments are fully equipped, and you will feel at home as soon as you arrive.
