The lease contract is an administrative procedure which is only created following the agreement between the two parts on the will to rent a precise unit with L Residence. You will therefore receive this contract as soon as you reserve your accommodation. For information, the contracts are written according to the standards in force in the Brussels-Capital Region.

Of course, you can also make a reservation with a national identity card.

For most of the accommodations, we offer virtual tours that are updated every year. This way, you can visit the apartment at your leisure, even in the smallest corners. If the apartment does not yet have visual support, you can be put in touch with a property manager for a video conference.

You will receive an email requesting the information needed to design the standardized lease agreement. Once this document is signed by both parts, you will receive a copy. You will then receive all the information regarding check-in, settling in and the best spots in your neighborhood.

Your contact information, your identity papers, and your banking information in case you book your accommodation online.

You can always ask the property manager in charge of your contract if it is possible to extend it. This will depend on future bookings for the accommodation you are occupying. It is also sometimes possible to continue your stay in one of our other apartments.

This depends on your arrival time. In general, a property manager will be there to welcome you and give you your keys. In the case of a late arrival, it is possible that you will collect your key via a self-check-in.
